I ordered from Mango
I ordered from Mango, did never get the item. They send me a msg that they have send the item back, and they will refund my money back, sorry but i haven’t got them yet & it has been over 12 days already.

Horrible
I placed the order 6/30/22 and today is 7/19/22. Never received the ordered. Called 3 times regarding to this, nobody knows where the package is, and nobody asked to place another other until the very last time but everything is sold out.

Terrible customer experience
They are ridiculous.
I asked them to convert my birthday gift voucher from EUR to GBP and instead they refunded 100 EUR to my friend’s account.
I’m I supposed to contact my friend and ask for a transfer???? This is so embarrassing as it was a gift!
Mango you suck big time and I’m never buying anything again.

No refund on returned items!!!
Items returned to mango months ago but no refund. I have called them, emailed them twice and still no refund. This is unacceptable customer service!!!!!

There was also meant to a free returns label… but I had to ask for this too!

WILL NEVER BUY FROM MANGO AGAIN
I have returned an item in Mango store on 22.6.2022, received mail confirmation od received return a few days after, but haven't received my money since. They are making excuses like my bank account in mobile app is incorrect or incomplete and so on. And yet, it is the same bank account that was correct five days earlier when they have returned me money from another returned order. Customer service and contacts are horrible-just phone number in Spain, always busy, and contact form in mob app leaves you with no proof that you have contacted them and so on. I guess, after reading all previous reviews, I have to say my money goodbye.

VERY UNHAPPY!
I have been having an issue with Mango that I've reported NUMEROUS times to customer service. I make an online purchase and when I get the shipping confirmation suddenly my order is shipping to a completely different address. My address is totally correct on my end and through some glitch in their system my order is suddenly shipping to a completely different person. When I call to report it they contact their shipping company and request a return to sender and its gets delivered anyway. I called Mango and they are unwilling to refund me because "IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM". I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent refused and then told me to just go steal the package off someone's porch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! There is a very long history of me documenting this glitch with my packages going to the wrong address, I called and told them it was going to the wrong address, they couldn't cancel the order and apparently couldn't return it to sender. So now I'm out the $$ and I'm returning everything else I've purchased from them because I will not deal with a retailer who's best solution to a customers issue is to tell the customer to go steal it. DO NOT BUY *******@MANGO

Customer service is absolutely horrible
I've been having an issue with my Mango account where randomly certain orders will suddenly ship to a completely different customer. I've reported this to them and they can't fix the issue. I thought I would give it another chance and on this order I receive the shipping confirmation and its going to the wrong address, I called and reported it and they contacted their shipper. Well the package got delivered anyway. I called Mango and requested a refund. The agent refused and told me this is NOT their problem. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and the agent refused. I informed the agent I've reported this 4 times and its still not been corrected on their end. The agent told me to "just go steal the package off the other persons doorstep". Are you kidding me??!! I will NEVER shop there again. I won't deal with a retailer who's best solution to a customer service problem is to just go steal it.

Delivery times are totally fictional, customer service is rude
Delivery times are totally fictional - do not trust them.

I ordered a suit for a wedding 10 working days (2 full weeks) before I needed it. At checkout the Mango website claimed 2-4 working days for delivery. 10 days later, still no suit.

I contacted customer services and they informed me that delivery dates are "an estimate only." My suit had apparently only just left their Spanish warehouse and would take another 4 days to arrive. No apology from the customer service agent, but an extremely condescending tone as though I should have known that the delivery date would be incorrect. Terrible e-commerce and a great way to lose custom.

I bought an online gift card for a…
I bought an online gift card for a friend which was supposed to be sent to her e-mail address. It never came and I also never received any kind of purchase receipt. Then I went to their store and bought it there because it was meant to be a gift for her birthday, which was a few days later, and she really wanted to buy one of their bags. Then I contacted customer service 3 times requesting a refund for the online gift card. They responded a few weeks later and told me that they had sent a new gift card to the e-mail address, even tough I wanted a refund. But of course, a new gift card did not arrive. I requested refund again, but still no response. I'll probably never get my money back and I'll never buy anything there again!!! The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Good experience
After reading all the reviews, I was nervous to order from Mango but ended up taking a chance as they had three t shirts I really liked. The only issue I had was that it took over a week for my parcel to arrive but when it did, I was very happy with what I received. Really good quality and great prices.

Unscrupulous company with awful customer service
SCAM ALERT THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR ONE ORDER (D4TJBN) AND REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY! I have sent in screenshots of my PayPal and bank account and they completely ignore me! I just want my money back! I email and call customer service daily and I'm simply ignored.
